Luciplex

HOW WE WORK

Implementation, done
with you, not to you

Every rollout is guided by the same people who build the software — no offshore implementation queue, no generic playbook. Here's what actually happens between signing and go-live.

THE PROCESS

Five phases, one point of contact

PHASE 1

Kickoff & Discovery

We map your current workflow — instruments, test menu, referring offices, and reporting needs — so configuration matches how your lab actually runs, not a generic template.

PHASE 2

Configuration & Data Setup

Your lab, users, and test catalog get configured in Luciplex. Standard specimen types, tube types, and PCR test defaults come pre-loaded, so most labs start from a working baseline instead of a blank system.

PHASE 3

Instrument & Interface Connection

We bring your analyzers online. Standard Ethernet/ASTM interfaces connect fastest; instruments needing a serial converter or a custom push-only protocol take longer — connectivity type drives cost and timeline here.

PHASE 4

Testing & Staff Training

We run real orders through the system end-to-end with your team before go-live, and walk through the workflows each role will actually use day to day.

PHASE 5

Go-Live & Ongoing Support

You go live with direct access to the team that built the system — not a ticket queue. See the Support & Training page for how that works after launch.

Typical timeline is [X–Y weeks] for a single-site lab with standard connectivity. Multi-site labs, non-standard instrument interfaces, or heavy historical data migration extend that — contact us for a timeline specific to your lab.

What's included in onboarding

  • Lab, user, and test-catalog configuration
  • Pre-loaded specimen types, tube types, and PCR test defaults
  • Instrument/interface connection, priced by connectivity type
  • Guided testing and staff training before go-live
  • Direct support through go-live and after

Onboarding is a one-time fee — book a demo and we'll walk through the base fee and per-instrument setup cost for your configuration.
